The Honiara Golf Club features an 18 tee, 11 hole course. The course sits on what used to be the US Army Air Corps fighter 2 airfields. What once started as a rough course with very little “green” has changed into a beautiful lush golfing oasis. The course has been continuing to improve year after year. The clubhouse recently forwent renovations and refurbishments and is now in great condition.
The best time to visit the Solomon Islands is any time! There is rainfall all year long, but the warm tropical climate is more than appealing to vacationers.

FORE! Lee Westwood ball ends up in a woman's shirt !!!
Lee Westwood hooked his drive on the 13th hole into a crowd of folks at the Ritz Charlton Golf Course as a part of the Accenture Match Play Championship.
This is maybe not news but where the ball landed is incredible..... The ball somehow made it's way into a woman's shirt as seen in the video below.
What would have been funnier is if the lady would have taken a run towards the green and dropped the ball there or even dropped it in the hole :)
